Zuari View is located at Dona Paula in Goa, a palm-fringed headland between the mouths of the Rivers Mandovi and Zuari Rivers. Situated in a lively, upmarket area, close-by to Dona Paula Jetty, Zuari View occupies an elevated position and offers oustanding views accross the Zuari River, Mormugao Harbour and Arabian Sea, it nestles comfortably with the traditional fishing village below and the friendly and bustling community which revolves around the Jetty.

The Zuari View comprises a classy 3 double-bedroomed villa, 'the Bungalow', a luxury self-contained suite, 'the Suite', and the adjacent 4 roomed guest house. Constructed over 4 floors with 2 roof terraces, there are panoramic, sunrise to sunset views over the water. On the lower ground floor of The Bungalow is our self-contained suite and this may be entered via the adjoining guest house and/or the Bungalow and this affords flexible accommodation to suit different party sizes.

Our guest house accommodation is aimed at the independent traveler with a mid range budget. All are double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, cable TV, fridge and air conditioning. Bayside rooms all have king-size (5') double beds and balconies with outstanding views over Dona Paula Bay. Our roadside room overlooks the Jetty road and has a super king-size (6') bed. Guests are well looked after by our staff and all of the accommodation is maintained and cleaned to a good western standard. Our check in time is 12 noon and check out is 10 am.

Zuari View is located on a peninsular, and there are 2 good bathing beaches within a few minutes walk. There is a water sport beach at Dona Paula Jetty which is 300m down the road and the world famous Miramar Beach starts around 1km away and runs several kilometers toward Panaji. The 5 star hotel Cidade de Goa at Vainguinim Beach is 5 minutes away by car and guests may use all facilities and the hotel by arrangement with the leisure manager. Hotel Prainha, (1 minute walk), also has a nice pool area. Goa University is a few minutes drive as is Manipal Private Hospital. The Governors residence (Raj Bhavan) is located nearby on the headland at Dona Paula, next to the Napoleonic British Cemetery.

The Resort has two Restaurants - the Indoor air conditioned restaurant, Malar, serves multi-cuisine organic food and the outdoor restaurant, Manos, offers Indian delicacies and sea food.
