Auschwitz and Birkenau + Hidden Treasures Walking Tour

Take a guided tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau - the largest Nazi concentration camp which was set up in 1940 for prisoners from Poland.

On the tour you will learn about the atrocities that happened during Nazi occupied Poland. In recognition of its historical significance and as a memorial to all those who suffered and died there, the Museum was entered on to the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The tour shows how the camps worked and depicts the lives of those imprisoned there. Your guide will show you around and recount some of the most sombre and heroic stories that occurred.

At the end of the tour you will have 15 minutes free time to reflect on your experience and visit the local bookshop.

During the tour you will also receive a bottle of water and a traditional Polish sweet snack.
