Whether you're a beginner in the kitchen or a dinner party diva you'll enjoy one of these hands-on cookery classes! You are guaranteed to leave knowing how to re-create two delicious dishes, quickly, easily with restaurant standard flavours and presentation. The Chef will demonstrate some great tricks of the trade and you will be amazed at how your own cooking will be enhanced. Classes take place in a purpose built teaching kitchen in this established ccoking school and small class sizes ensure a friendly, relaxed environment. Great teaching ensures these sessions are so popular that clients come back time-after-time.

On arrival you will each be greeted with a glass of wine before you prepare and cook two courses with chef. The group will then enjoy sampling the dishes and discussing the ingredients.

Please tell us if you have any food or wine allergies or if you are diabetic or vegetarian. If you have a stomach upset, you must not attend but you may be able to re-book subject to obtaining a doctors certificate.
