This yummy chocolate experience is ideal for chocolate lovers who want to soothe their sweet tooth and learn how to make delicious chocolates for them and their loved ones in the process. This is the perfect step up from the novice wanting to become a professional chocolatier.

Your chocolatier guide will take you on a journey which explores some of the highest quality blended and single origin chocolate on the market, so that you can identify the distinctive flavours of each and learn which flavours you prefer. There will be plenty of samples for everyone to taste and compare notes. You’ll then move on to the practical part of the course where you will learn how to handle chocolate: one of the most demanding ingredients used in the kitchen!

The chocolatier will show you how to make delicious truffles using the traditional methods of the artisan chocolatier so you can ensure that your own chocolates have the distinctive appearance and flavour of high quality chocolate. With the expert guidance of the chocolatier you will make and wrap between 20 and 30 delicious handmade chocolates.

At the end of the course you will be given a Certificate, 10% Discount Card, and Recipes, and be able to take your truffles home to show your friends and family your new skills as a Chocolatier in Training!
