Kusadasi

Kusadasi

Kusadasi was originally a small Turkish fishing village but is now home to a busy town centre with plenty of souvenir shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment. There is a fantastic market in Kusadasi selling local handicrafts and leather, golf is available nearby and the resort has a vibrant nightlife scene. Kusadasi also has a historical side and is close to the world famous ruins of Ephesus, the ancient ‘Cotton Castles’ of Didyma, Priene, and Aprhodisius and Merymana-Evi, the house where the Virgin Mary is said to have spent her last days.
